The underlying connectivity issue causing high latency for our customers has been identified and fixed. We are monitoring for any further impact.

We are aware of connectivity issues affecting a small number of customers, related to an upstream networking incident with Microsoft and Cloudflare. This specifically relates to customers connecting from Reunion island.
Our vendors are working with each other to remediate the issue.
