We would like to inform you of an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will impact some of our system’s modules. One of our payment processing partners (PCI Proxy) is performing two distinct maintenance operations that will affect Mews online payment processing.

The maintenance periods are scheduled to start at 01:00 UTC and 02:00 UTC respectively, with an expected downtime of approximately 25 minutes each. During this time, certain services and processes will be temporarily unavailable, as described below.

During the first maintenance (01:00 UTC) the following services will be unavailable:
* All processing of online payments
* Receiving reservations from channel managers

During the second maintenance (02:00 UTC) the following will be affected:
* Collecting card details during guest journeys, for example during bookings and check-in
* Collecting card details for online payments in PMS

Except for the services listed above, we do not expect any effect on Terminal payments as well as no additional effect on the PMS and guest journeys during this maintenance.
