Problem
On June 17, 2025, some customers experienced slower-than-usual performance on the Mews products. Pages took longer to load, and regular activities were delayed.
Action
As soon as our team became aware of the slowdown, we investigated the issue straight away. We identified a recent change in our system and quickly reversed it. Our top priority was to restore normal speed for everyone, and we closely monitored the system after taking this step.
Causes
The slowdown appears to have been related to a new setting that had been switched on in the platform.
Solutions
We turned off the new setting, which helped ease the slowdown. The Mews platform team is currently identifying opportunities to enhance our performance monitoring solution to reduce detection time.
