The issue is now fully resolved. Mews is now operating as expected. Affected customers will be contacted with the process to fix affected invoices.

Identified

Customers in Italy can’t add a tax deducted payment to invoices in the new Billing screen. We’ve identified the cause and are preparing a fix.

Workaround: on the burger button (the 3 dots in the billing screen) Switch to the old Billing page to close bills until the fix is live.

We’ll post another update once the fix is deployed.
